If you look closer at your OBS Studio Software you can see it has option to add and use Scenes. The Scenes are like scenes in theatre except you can change them in OBS Studio Software with just a click of a mouse or by using a configures hotkey or shortcut.

Personally I am using 3 different Twitch Stream Scenes for OBS by default:

  • Stream/Recording Scene
  • Going Live Scene

  • Technical Difficulties Scene

The first Twitch Steam Scene for OBS is the configuration that I show in my Twitch Live Stream. It includes the game source and some other nice sources. This is also the Twitch Stream Scene for OBS that I record. The Second Scene is Going Live Scene. Going Live Scene with an awesome plugin called Snaz, allows me to show countdown to the beginning of my Twitch Live Stream Start. Furthermore I have Some nice additional Sources there such as:

  • Stream Chat
  • Stream Alerts
  • System Info
  • Current Twitch Viewer Count
  • The Counter to my Stream Start
  • Logos and Promotions (NoCopyrightSound logo for example)

The Final Scene is for Technical Difficulties. Technically it is a Be Right Back Message, that uses most of the Sources the going live does, except the going live counter.
